Web Marketing Project Manager

Overview: Responsible for leading the web strategy and coordinating the execution of web experiences that deliver against get-started intent goals.

Along with being customer-focused and having a digital marketing background, key skills that will make someone a success in this role include strong communication, project management and teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Act as a Web lead, business stakeholder and customer champion in advocating for the Nonprofit (TSI) web experience Build and scale website strategy and experience in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Use data and user testing to make recommendations for improving the digital customer experience and optimizing the site for lead motions (“get started”) Establish specific KPIs to ensure reporting is in place to measure effectiveness and optimize results Meet regularly with business stakeholders to define and verify requirements for projects and ensure content drives intended behaviors Build and document web briefs that clearly outline project objectives, scope, research inputs and plan of action Work alongside business stakeholders to craft copy aligned to commercial product and industry messaging and positioning Influence design and UX strategy to ensure content aligns with program objectives Work directly with development and operations teams on build-out, prioritization of projects, and clarification of requirements Own web workstream and deliverables for large scale launches adding inputs and updates on a regular basis for business leadership visibility; own stakeholder review cycles Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly business readouts to key stakeholders to ensure operational goals are being tracked and met Develop actionable plans to improve the in-market performance alongside customer journey and GTM stakeholders Inform cross functional teams of web best practices, processes, and primary goals and objectives of site Ensure data drives all plans and decisions and use data to define new strategies and deliver measurable results Learn and understand the Microsoft voice and ensure writing adheres to internal brand and style guidelines; act as a brand voice subject matter expert across digital channels.

Attend and contribute to weekly client team and all-hands meetings; co-lead weekly web-focused meetings; own monthly web prioritization meeting series; attend monthly reporting meetings
