– Pittsburgh/Upstate NY Territory nn nnPure Safety Group ()
– a leader in the manufacture and sale of fall-protection PPE has an immediate opening for a TSM supporting the Pittsburgh and upstate New York area.

Pittsburgh area would be an ideal remote candidate location.nn nn n nn nn Main Responsibilities: nn nn
• Support Regional Director of Salesnn nn
• Support overall selling strategies and tactics that result in new account business generationnn nn
• Manage your territories book of business to achieve growth goalsnn nn
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and key end users of our equipmentnn nn
• Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfactionnn nn
• Present fall protection awareness instruction thru use of company demo vannn nn
• Provide product and technical information to customersnn nn
• Provide superior service to clients, existing accounts and maintain exceptional client relationsnn nn
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specificationsnn nn
• Other duties as assignednn nn Qualifications: nn nn
• Ability to meet a 50% travel with over nights requirementnn nn
• Ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics, develop sales plans and accurately forecast salesnn nn
• Strong organizational and time-management skillsnn nn
• Ability to meet sales goals and overcome obstaclesnn nn
• Enthusiastic drive to succeed with obvious confidence and competitive naturenn nn
• Proven successful academic performance or demonstrates high level of communication skills and intelligencenn nn
• Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skillsnn nn
• Comfortable using technology to run territory with internet, cloud services, and digital marketingnn nn
• Prior experience selling fall protection or other safety products preferred.nn nn n nn nn Minimum Requirements: nn nn
• Valid driver’s licensenn nn
• Successful background check (includes credit check)nn nn
• Reliable Transportationnn nn
• Clean driving record (MVR)
– No DUI, DWI, Suspended or Revoked DL in last 5 yearsnn nn
• Associates degree
– Bachelor’s degree preferrednn nn
• Excellent organizational skillsnn nn
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks while working both independently and with a teamnn nn
• Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services as dictated by management and customer needsnn nn
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people through both verbal and written communication linesnn Physical Requirements: This position may require standing, sitting, and/or walking for extended amounts of time while communicating with customers and processing paperwork, working on a computer and making inbound/outbound calls.

Some lifting, bending, reaching and squatting throughout the shift while sorting and moving product.

Must be able to climb a 100-foot ladder.

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.

Must be able to complete our Competent Person Training which will include use of products at heights and repelling.
