Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)

This is a Contract position in Malvern, PA posted October 22, 2021.

Position Summary: Manage and be responsible for all marketing initiatives including strategy development, resource allocation, execution, and evaluation in order to increase awareness, brand recognition, and education around aviation sustainability.

May also be responsible for the development or execution or marketing strategies to assist new clients with announcing their sustainability programs.

4AIR will have two main marketing goals: 1) to support sales efforts to launch new program partners and 2) to educate the industry, demonstrate thought leadership and ultimately drive opt-in participating to partner programs.

Essential Functions: 1.

Adhere to the fundamental principles.

2.

Direct the development of annual marketing plans designed to increase awareness, education and ultimately new program sales and increased customer program opt-in.

3.

Responsible for the development and management of 4AIRs brand image, including continuous increases in marketplace awareness of the company, its distinctive market strengths, and its products.

4.

Responsible for the development and implementation of effective market positioning, communication, and promotion strategies related to the complete range of 4AIR services (levels).

5.

Development of program supporting collateral such as published sustainability strategies, social media promotion, press announcements, and on-aircraft materials.

6.

Recruit and manage marketing staff, public relations and brand management agencies, and other suppliers in support of marketing and sales activities as necessary.

7.

Responsible to effective management of all company sponsored customer events, including development of, and adherence to approved budgets.

8.

Responsible for the identification, evaluation, selection and effective management of appropriate strategic alliance partnerships.

9.

Responsible for development, management and analysis of customer and prospect data, to enable timely and clear communication of marketplace activity and emerging trends, and to maximize effectiveness of all communications with relevant audiences.

10.

Responsibilities for timely and relevant communication, with a variety of audiences, including existing program managers, prospects, pilots, managers and aircraft owners.

11.

Responsible for monthly assessment of overall department performance, with specific data related to progress against established goals.

12.

Coordination and support of all 4AIR functional areas, with respect to company branding and communication activities.

13.

Perform other duties as required.

aircraft programs, services, and products relative to private aviation Working knowledge of: a.

process improvement methodology and application b.

accounting and budgeting principals necessary to read and interpret profit/loss statements, develop and forecast department budget, and meet financial objectives for assigned area and programs Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign, and coordinate workload of assigned area and vendors within a multiple project setting.

Developing and executing a multi-medium marketing strategy will be critical, especially in the first year.

Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, other departments, and vendors Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively as part of a team while still advocating a clear creative vision.

Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

Innovative and creative thinker; proactively identifies opportunities; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help look at things differently Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a small team environment.

Functional Skills: Highly proficient presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all levels of management and vendors/partners Superior verbal and written communication skills, preferably with design skills to develop or directly assist graphic design partners Negotiation skills necessary to formalize contracts Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications Minimum Qualifications: 2-5 plus years experience in marketing, advertising, communications media with previous multi-medium strategy development and execution experience Project management experience Bachelors degree in business/marketing or related work experience Additional Desired Qualifications: Masters in business, marketing, communications or related fields Previous experience servicing high-profile customers for luxury goods or previous experience in communicating sustainability initiatives Working knowledge of business aircraft industry, products, and services Working knowledge of sustainability industry, including carbon offsets, sustainable fuels, and new technology Previous experience managing public relations, media and external communications Membership in professional marketing or management associations.

Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to business aircraft industry Has obtained a pilots license by Jobble
