Manager, Flex role will support a variety of senior business leaders in executing against a wide range of commercial categories including but not limited to: launching and/or enhancing Patient Support Programs, supporting the execution of large and complex technology platforms, developing communication plans in support of internal and external stakeholders, and more .

This position will begin with supporting Oncology but may cover other TAs supported by the Patient Access Solutions (PAS) team.  This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills with leaders across the Janssen organization as well as with key external partners.  This individual must possess strong communication, project management and organization skills and be capable of executing with excellence and consistency under pressure.nn nnYou will primarily be responsible for the following:nn nnCompliant design, implementation and operational oversight of Oncology patient support programs.nn nnStrong partnership with a diverse set of partners to meet the brand’s strategic imperatives that seek the best patient experience in market.nn nnCollaboration with vendors to ensure optimal program performance and a compliance with standard operating procedures, while ensuring efficiency and addressing needs through quality improvement and cost savings.nn nnCollaboration with partners to identify improvements to evolve overall PAS offerings relative to the supported products of today and of the future.nn nnUsing insights and data from internal teams, systems, and external customers to continuously look for program experience enhancements and inform brand decisions on patient access.nn nnWe are seeking results and performance driven individuals that have demonstrated the ability to lead.
