Role summary :

P&L leader for the development and execution of WEC existing and future digital capabilities to existing global utility customers.

Leads an organization to bring unique modern computing capability and data analytics to help solve customer problems and improve customer economics, maximizing utility return on investment for the life of the plant.

Acts as the senior leader in strategy development, business growth, product pipeline growth, talent management and project execution for Digital Engineering Services.

Essential Functions:

P&L Leadership including product strategy, market strategy, competitive strategy, product pipeline, market intimacy, business development, talent leadership.

Lead the development and maintenance of digital partnership strategies and roadmaps which define the current state and future direction of the customer digital evolution.

Partner with business leadership to understand the overall digital service strategy and business direction in order to define a robust and aligned Digital strategy and technology roadmap.

Work with Westinghouse leadership and business partners to effectively define and document current state, future state, initiatives, and underlying dependencies and assumptions.

Identify and evaluate current, new and emerging digital service offerings for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with other internal partners on innovation and product development

Create and maintain interrelationships of the essential components of digital services in the business, information, applications & technology domains.

Lead project execution to implement digital strategies and roadmaps, including oversight of the service delivery center.

Identify current, new and emerging digital technologies in accordance with company and customer direction and strategy.

Build business cases for digital solutions, representing return on investment and real value propositions to the business and our customers.

Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and engage collaboration and adoption of digital technologies.

Establish processes for identifying opportunities to leverage digital technologies to create meaningful and sustainable value.

Maintain knowledge and expertise of industry and technology offerings and trends.

Engage internal peers, external resources, industry publications to effectively evaluate the organization’s People, product, process, and tools to maximize EBITDA.

Who You Are:
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

MBA Preferred

Minimum experience of 15 years in roles of increased responsibility.

20+ years relevant experience preferred.

PL& Experience, include

Experience developing digital services, working with managed service provides, vendors and shared services organizations preferred

Developed working knowledge in all areas of technology (digital, infrastructure, operations, etc.), technology offerings and industry best practices

Strong project management and strategy planning experience, especially the design of long-term strategies

Ability to communicate professionally & effectively with all levels in the organization, including executive leadership, and exhibits leadership presence

Demonstrated experience in building relationships across the enterprise

Financial and Resource Scope:

Annual Revenue of 25-30M, demonstrated capability to grow

Matrix responsibility of integrated project team resources
