Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will help pioneer the installation and management of Wholesale Business insight programs and support development of new data analytics to inform account strategies, identify unrealized opportunities, and create commercial actions to accelerate high quality revenue growth. Provide meaningful insights via synthesis of large amounts of data into concise, actionable findings Maintain and enhance all Wholesale programs including setup, forecasting assistance and sell through analysis Gather and share “best practices” with Wholesale commercial leaders to support proliferation of impactful use and moving strategy to action Continue to innovate new analytics to support development of broader commercial solution plays and better-informed account management Develop data management strategies in partnership with IT to ensure data security and program scalability Help deliver relevant, impact training and on-going support to the existing Wholesale team members and new future additions Drive improvement strategies and plans to maximize commercial impact and drive operational excellence Assist with leading the development, implementation, communication and support of all shared service needs to the Wholesale Business Directors and teams Educate the sales team on the proper new account setup process and existing partner updating Proactively manage and resolve Wholesale partnership escalation issues Support segment leaders with compensation analysis as needed or requested Support other ad hoc assignments or reporting as needed Additional duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for supervising multiple projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred 8+ years sales analysis/operations, data science, account setup, or internal shared services experience required 5+ years in a leadership role (direct or indirect) Experience working with a commercial wholesale or branded organization preferred Prior experience, competency, and strategic weekly management of 1 WorldSync and WERC smart systems integration preferred Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI Knowledge of statistical methods Proven ability and desire to learn new platforms High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning) Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
