  • Lead teams through all phases of a high complexity project.
  • Serve as a project controls and project management subject matter expert and mentor junior members of the project team.

    Must have advanced skills in communication, cross‐cultural awareness, and leadership.

  • Project executing, monitoring and controlling: Lead schedule, cost, and/or risk activities.

    Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements to functional groups.

  • Interpret and transmit project/contract requirements, and subsequent changes, to functional groups following an integrated change management process.

    Coordinate project communications ensuring team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of status

  • Prepare or oversee project cost expenditure forecasts and progress evaluations/projections (including Estimate at Completion updates and Earned Value Management) to support project performance and financial reporting requirements.
  • Review project expenditures for compliance with project baselines and scope.
  • Promote teamwork and effective communication, which includes maintenance and dissemination of project metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status.
  • Develop or oversee project databases, systems and procedures to ensure efficient handling and transmission of project correspondence and documentation between project team members.
  • Serve as a focal point for all customer and contractual disputes
  • Clearly communicate required information in a timely manner: Coordinate required tasks/deadlines, escalation points, etc.

  • Identify, assess, and implement improvement opportunities which will add value.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

    Applicable disciplines are Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management or related technical discipline.

    • Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing or Business preferred.
    • PMP Certification required.
  • 10 years of experience as project manager leading and directing high complexity projects to successful completion.

    5 years in technical/engineering lead role and 5 years as project manager may be considered as equivalent.

    Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and solve complex problems.

    Proven ability to analyze information for complex decision making.

11 –15+ years of experience as project manager in a technical industry
