DCW is a Bentley Systems and Topcon Positioning Group joint venture company. www.digitalconstructionworks.comnn nn KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY: nn nn The Marketing Manager of Services and Solutions for DCW is responsible for creating the messaging, value proposition, and positioning for DCW services and solutions portfolio; creating a portfolio of sales and marketing content, supporting and driving multiple integrated go-to-market plans and story-telling content to primarily drive awareness, generate leads, demand, and adoption of DCW’s digital services and solutions.

nn nn RESPONSIBILITIES: nn Collaborate with DCW lab operations, subject matter experts, business development, marketing, and customers to develop new services and solutions internal value proposition statements, positioning and messaging, and clear differentiation and benefit statements, which you will pull through to create sales and marketing content to drive awareness and generate leads and demand.

Collaborate with peers to write compelling content that describes the service or solutions ability to meet customer needs, solve market problems and/or fulfill aspirations for key market segments, buyer personas, and buying stages, and to grow our base.

Ensure holistic messaging across solutions and services portfolio, driving messaging framework through to market execution.

Develop powerful market-facing assets and sales toolkits that enable effective sales, including various service and solutions presentations, collateral, eBooks, case studies and success stories, white papers, website content, digital media content, speaking proposals, video content, and technical/scientific support materials.

Assist the senior marketing director and marketing team in designing and developing DCW marketing plans, launch plans, and solution guides through individual contributions and collaboration with peers on the marketing team.

Collaborate with the head of marketing and with the business development team to produce sales enablement plans for DCW solutions and services portfolio.

Support knowledge transfer about the industry, markets, buyers, and solutions across marketing, and sales functions for DCW solutions and services.

Practice what we preach and apply digital practices to everyday work practices, including the use of digital marketing tools and HubSpot CRM.

Collaborate with marketing colleagues with a roll up your sleeves mentality to contribute to the overall workload and success of the marketing strategic and tactical plans to drive DCW awareness and generate leads.

nn QUALIFICATIONS : nn 5+ years of services or solution or product marketing experience in information technology or enterprise software preferably with domain knowledge in the AEC, transportation, and/or heavy civil construction industry, including domain knowledge of workflows, solutions, and services Strong background in messaging solutions and services, impeccable writing skills, and a knack for establishing competitive differentiation Ability to develop strategies for creating a pipeline for new offerings as well as upsell, cross-sell, and account-based marketing programs to grow existing relationships Excellent oral and written communication and storytelling skills Adept at teaming and collaboration across internal teams, with vendors, and with customers Able to persuade and influence without direct authority Energetic, creative, and self-motivated Ability to work virtually yet keep a close working relationship with leadership and colleagues.

Modern computer skills, including O365 applications and CRM.

Education: BA/BS, Marketing or other relevant fields nn TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: During non-pandemic times, this position may require up to 10% travel domestic US, and some international business trips may be required.
