Come see why you should work for HomeServe!Position Overview:Reporting to the Director of Conferences and Events, the Event Marketing Manager will play a dual role as both a technical and strategic resource and will be responsible for the planning, production, marketing, and execution of engaging events, primarily virtual, for the Business Development team. This role will work closely with both internal and external resources to move our event planning and production capabilities forward with high standards and adherence to budget and deadlines.Responsibilities:* Building awareness before, during, and after events* Developing and managing a comprehensive virtual event program for the organization including project scopes, cross functional collaboration, marketing, registration, and reporting.* Identifying and recommending appropriate platforms and features for different types of events, such as webinars, virtual conferences, virtual training and breakout rooms, online whiteboard, Q&A, polls, etc.* Execute virtual event operations including content development, creative/design, speaker coordination, partner management and logistics* Support day-to-day usage and administration of our online event platform and promotional tools specific to virtual events as a technical lead and authority* Managing communications with presenters and hosts, and liaise with speakers, and other event co-organizers.* Conceptualize, design, create and deploy promotional content such as email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts and other channels.* Managing rehearsals to ensure all parties are prepared for success* Troubleshooting platform issues before, during, and after an event* Maintaining virtual event analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting* Staying on top of trends and new tools in the event space, bringing those key learnings and recommendations back to the Conference and Events team.Job Requirements:* 5+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing and digital marketing* 3+ years of experience in webinar production and management* Knowledge and understanding of virtual event marketing and demand generation* Proven track record of coordinating and executing virtual events end-to-end* Expertise in a range of online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Cvent* Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously* Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot preferred* Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively* A creative problem solver who likes to build scalable, efficient programs in fast paced organizations* Utility industry experience a plus* Travel up to 25% as neededIn Return We Offer:* Competitive compensation* Career development and advancement opportunities* Casual attire throughout the week* Friendly, open and team oriented work atmosphere* Excellent benefits including generous medical, vision, dental and life & disability insurance* 401(k) plan with a company matchHomeServe USA is an equal opportunity employer.
