n nn Title Engagement Managernn nn Overview of Position The Engagement Manager provides strong project management expertise and mature oversight of strategic implementations of the Claim Performance products for the Healthcare Payor industry What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

nn Manages a portfolio of client engagements across a broad customer Works closely with the account team and sales team to execute on the client roadmap by overseeing the configuration, implementation, deployment and use of the products Lead the implementation of multiple complex projects Effectively mitigate risks to ensure effective Maintain Metrics for measuring team performance nn What are the requirements needed for this position?

nn Bachelor’s Degree in related field 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management 5+ years of software implementation experience 5+ years of strong project management experience Strong MS Office experience, including MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Visio  nn What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

nn Healthcare Experience Familiarity of claims processing and claims payment operations Effective written and verbal communication skills nn  nn nn What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

nn nnGeneral office demands nn nn How much should I expect to travel?
