Seeking a Digital Engagement Manager who can drive the development and execution of experiences that increase audience engagement across COMPANY’s largest customer platform.

This individual will join an evolving organization that is performance-driven with aggressive goals across business savings, business opportunities and connected user experience.

The Digital Engagement Manager reports into the AVP, Product Management and collaborates with multiple stakeholders and line of business partners to achieve goals.

As this role is central to our digital organization, being curious, up to speed with evolving digital mediums, a strong work ethic, and business acumen is key.

Responsibilities * Strategize, build and execute campaigns in driving real-time optimizations to the promotional experience on COMPANY’s customer platform with tightly connected KPIs to business results* Develop a test and learn framework by analyzing a variety of data-centric resources and associated online behaviors to inform campaigns while applying best practices to grow audiences penetration* Review and write communications generated on and from the customer platform* Evaluate and review performance, adjusting in real-time and providing analysis to validate success.

Ability to think analytically and creatively with proven track record of using insights to drive performance* Hands-on familiarity with engagement tools like Google Optimize and Salesforce Interaction Studio* Work cross functionally with business teams to assist their digital go to market roadmap and tie it into the experince on the customer platform* Stay up to date with respect to best practices that influence online behavior.

Be on top of digital emerging trends.

Providing executable feedback relating to new and emerging digital mediums that help cultivate opportunities for retention and acquisition Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required* Minimum 5-7 years experience in creating campaigns across digital platforms, transactional platform experience is a plus* Particular strength in understanding B2B targeting and full funnel penetration* A subject matter expert and the “go to” for cross functional business partners* Strong collaboration, follow up and leadership skills* Experience conducting research in support of campaign development* Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills* Know how to build and edit a clear presentation deck* Proficient at interpreting digital performance and making recommendations based on data* Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce and Marketing Automation tools like Marketing Cloud
