Job Description TEMA ISENMANN INC., a producer of urethane screen media and wear liners based in Lexington, Kentucky, is accepting applications for a Northeast U.S.

Regional Sales Rep .

This position will be for the Aggregate operations located in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Applicants are expected to have a good basic technical understanding of mining operations and equipment, especially screening equipment and screening media.

Responsibilities: • Working with a dealer network, maintain and grow the current business in the aggregate industry in the states listed above.

• Research and develop additional sales opportunities in all facets of the mining industry.

• Build and develop trusting relationships with customers in the aggregate industry.

• Build and develop trusting relationships with TEMA ISENMANN coworkers.

• Analyze, track and report market conditions and sales opportunities.

• Schedule and maintain the required travel schedule to properly cover the territory • Any and all other duties required for the success and development in the defined territory.

Qualifications: • Must reside in one of the listed states in the job description or willing to relocate • Experience in an aggregate or mining-related field is a plus.

• A good knowledge of mining operations and equipment.

• Strong computer skills.

• Excellent reporting, communication, and verbal skills.

• Experience in mining equipment sales preferred.

• An honest and ethical work standard.

Compensation: TEMA ISENMANN offers a comprehensive compensation package to all its employees, this is based on past experience, knowledge and is negotiable.

This position offers a base salary with commission on sales as well as other benefits offered by the company.
