Team Leads – Energy Efficiency Program


This is a Full-time position in Dover, PA posted February 18, 2021.

nnICF seeks Team Leads to support an Energy Efficiency Program based out of Europe.

In this position you will provide technical guidance to team members regarding disaster management, request for reimbursement, request for advance, procurement guidelines.

These positions are on-call and will be home-based.

Temporary project to start in December 2020 and end in January 2021.nn nnRole and Responsibilities: nn nnProvide the Grants Management Team with Technical Guidance to ensure compliance and requirements throughout the Grant Review process.

Lead, manage, organize and set priorities within their team in order to meet established client priorities.

Provide oversight to ensure accurate, quality, and on-time delivery of assigned tasks.

Monitor unit workloads and track key metrics.nn nnMonitor status of Reimbursements from assignment to the unit through completion; to include the tracking of different components and requests that impact the RFR completion.


RFIs and cost analysis)nn nnCoordinate and participate in resolution of grant related issues and concerns.nn nnAssist unit with addressing issues presented during the review of RFRs or RFAs.nn nnOptimize Grant Review policy and proceduresnn nnMeasure performance with key metrics.nn nnKeep management team informed on issues, problems & resolutions.nn nnProvide timely customer service to Subrecipients and the clientnn nnQualifications and Education Requirementsnn nn4+ years of professional experiencenn nnBilingual
– Spanish and English.
