PurposeIn the role the QA Data and Reporting Analyst will provide support, maintenance and training on electronic quality management system (eQMS).

Participate in validation activities of dashboards created in TIBCO Spotfire.

Perform QC of monthly reports produced for both internal and external customers.

Create and deliver training in the eQMS as well as metric dashboards.

Serve as the SME for both the eQMS and QA data and metric dashboards.Summary of Responsibilities Provide support, maintenance and training on electronic quality management system (eQMS) Execute computer systems validation activities, such as authoring and review of validation deliverables, execution and review of operational qualification (OQ) and performance qualification (PQ) activities Design, develop, and validate metrics reports of quality data using analytic BI tools such as Spotfire Perform quality control (QC) of data used in quality metrics reports distributed internally and externally Manage the allocation of licenses for the EDA system.

Provide subject-matter expertise for related to the eQMS system, including enhancements and troubleshooting of EDA.

Assist with production and resolution of monthly TrackWise administrative reports Assist in the creationupdating of training documentation andor courses for quality intelligence dashboards, TrackWise , and related topics Assist in management of electronic content repository folderspermissions Serve as the internal website publisher, maintain the teams web pages and other QA areas as required Perform corrections of data Respond to data requests during customer audits or regulatory inspectionsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Highly organized Excellent written and verbal diplomatic communication skills Handles multiple tasks well Extreme attention to detail Focus and understanding of the importance of quality and adherence to procedures Highly customer-focused Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Support of an electronic quality management system (eQMS), such as Sparta TrackWise Experience with computer system validation deliverables a plus Experience authoring, executing andor reviewing test cases for a regulated, computerized system a plus Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or other BI tool highly desired Experience with Crystal Reports development highly desired Training andor end-user documentation creation and delivery Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Delivery of metric data and reports utilizing a Business Intelligence (BI) tool (Spotfire preferred)Required Education and Experience HS Diploma and undergraduate degree in computer or life science or related degree with direct experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience At IMS, we look for the very best people, and then give them meaningful work to do.

Position Purpose Production Control provides 24 x 365 on-site support of all production processing streams in a multi-platform environment.

A key to providing this support is the on-site presence of a Production Analyst that is trained on the IMS products and familiar with the various tools and platforms on which these products run.

Principal Accountabilities Monitors the production environment, consisting of mainframe, UNIX, LINUX and NT platforms, using established tools.

Responsible for first level response to job failures within the production environment.

Takes corrective actions when possible according to established SOP.

Escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using the established call escalation procedures.

Takes appropriate actions to ensure that processes are completed according to the schedule provided.

Documents issues into the Problem Management system and conducts follow ups for proper resolutions.

Informs relevant production support teams of outstanding issues that require further follow-up.

Provides updated status of current environment and activities to the next shift at daily turnover meeting.

Provides shift status to manager detailing issues that are impacting deliveries and require additional attention.

Provides training to newjunior analysts as required.

Acts as a product-specific or procedural SME in the absence of Scheduling andor manager onsite.

Minimum Education, Experience, Specialized Knowledge Required Associates degree plus 5
– 7 years in a production environment.

Previous experience in production environment is required.

Strong OS JCL SDSF skill set required.

Proficiency in CybermationESP scheduling software package.

Basic knowledge and understanding of UNIX and NT environments.

Experience with Service Now or equivalent problem management tool.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Knowledge of IMS Standards and products a plus.
