Patient Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summaryn n The patient scheduling coordinator is responsible for the initial patient experience at Simplex Health!

By receiving, centralizing, and reaching out to patients for scheduling, the patient scheduling coordinator will be someone who is people-centric and results-driven providing a high-quality, seamless, patient and provider experience.n nThis is a full-time position in a fast-growing startup.

We are ultimately looking for someone who has an impeccable attention to detail and is organized to be a rockstar on the phones and can execute the following functions:n n Compensation: $17-$20/hour Full Time + 12 days Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays + Group Health Insurance (including vision and dental) + 401Kn nRole Responsibilitiesn Centralize referrals and follow-up with call leads Responsible for exceptional initial and follow-up patient experience and investigation of patient satisfaction Answer and field inbound and outbound calls to reschedule patients, answer patient questions, and explain the appointment process to patients Convert patient referrals to scheduled referrals including initial, second, and third phone call attempts to achieve target performance metrics General scheduling optimization including inclement weather contingency response, which includes proactively rescheduling appointments, notifying patients (offering virtual when applicable) Billing support as needed n The Patient Scheduling Coordinator will have:n A friendly, patient, and empathetic demeanor and be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone Impeccable organization and attention to detail Impeccable mult-tasking and project management skills A quick A contagious energy they will share with patients and fellow employeesn Bonus Qualities!n Previous customer service experience in a call center setting preferred Previous experience with Dialpad and Salesforce Previous healthcare or EHR experience, such as Healthie Previous experience or proven ability to execute inside salesn Interested in joining the Simplex team?
