You will be responsible for delivering technical mortgage training programs, aligning with the objectives and strategy of the company. You will collaborate with the Training Manager to assess ongoing and future training and development needs.



  • Deliver established mortgage training program for use of company software systems (LOS and POS) via multiple communication channels, which includes webinars, onsite visits, job aids, tips of the week, boot camps, etc.
  • Help creating, maintaining & distributing monthly training schedule at the enterprise level.
  • Follow company standards for delivery of integrity, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction. Meet or exceed levels of Customer Service delivery established by the Company.
  • Exhibit observable sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties.
  • Promote and display company’s core values: Partnership, Service, Empowerment and Excellence.
  • Maintain knowledge of company compliance and process flow policies.
  • Collaborate with Instructional Design team to ensure instructional materials meet the needs of end-users.
  • Provide effective feedback to enhance company training platform.
  • Initiate post-training surveys to assess effectiveness and training experience.
  • Assist in cross-training other training staff and Business Support Specialists on specific subject matters and course content
  • Assist Business Support Specialist in user support and troubleshooting
  • Promote and ensure positive messaging when delivering all technology platform training.
  • Assist in developing team skills in areas of customer service, selling, training and communication.
  • Travel to on-site trainings.



  • 3+ years of current/recent experience in providing mortgage training to a wide variety of audience. 
  • Strong experience in preparing mortgage training material.
  • Strong communication & listening skills at all levels (business, IT, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in effectively communicating technology changes & its impact to branch operations.
  • Ability to encourage class participation in large groups and maintain control.
  • Ability to understand mortgage related scenarios and effectively troubleshoot on the spot.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
