HRIS, Workday Analyst

The Denzel Group is partnered with a leading organization in Philadelphia adding a Workday, HRIS Analyst position to the team. You will maintain and optimize Workday. Requirements 4+ yearsrsquo experience related HRIS and Workday Enhance existing functionality, add new modules, and assist end users Have specific experience with the Time Tracking and Absence module with the ability to administer and customize. Experience with any Workday module implementation would be a plus. Time and Absence calculate fields, eligibility, validations, time calculation priorities, accruals, and leaves. Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration for new functionality or enhancements. Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues and resolves defects timely and with exceptional customer service.
