Family Living Admin – Assistant Coordinator

This is a Contract position in Collegeville, PA posted April 30, 2021.

The Assistant Coordinator is responsible to provide an array of supports to the Lifesharing individual and their family. They are responsible for the care of the individuals supported through Lifesharing, ensuring that the unique needs of each person are met. Responsibilities include; scheduling and escorting individuals to doctors appointments, maintaining individual records, assisting with van runs, organizing files, computer work, and assisting in emergency situations. Must have good people skills, good communication skills, positive approaches and experience with people with developmental disabilities. Hours are typically 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday but may occasionally require some flexibility. Great team atmosphere.QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilitiesValid driver’s licenseClear criminal record and child abuse check in accordance with state requirementsStrong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
