Key responsibilities

•Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chief Executive Officer. Managing calendar of appointments, preparing agendas, arranging detailed travel plans and itineraries.

•Assist in scheduling Board, Committee and advisory panel meetings including travel and meeting logistics for members.

•Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationship to Board members and business matters.

•Provide administrative support and calendar management to senior Executive leaders.

•Provide travel support and prepare agendas/itineraries for Executive leaders as requested.

•Collect expense documentation from Chief Executive Officer and Executive leaders and complete expense reports in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

The ideal Executive Administrator candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Other requirements for the Executive Administrator position include and are not limited to:

•5++ years of direct executive/c-level support

•Experience with board level interaction and support required.

•Proficient in Microsoft Word (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Outlook, social media web platforms.

•Experience with meeting scheduling software and SharePoint required.

•Excellent organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
