My client is seeking a skilled Permanent Die Design Engineer to join their dynamic manufacturing team. As a Permanent Die Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing progressive die systems for our manufacturing processes. You will be working closely with their production team to ensure that the manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop progressive die systems for our manufacturing processes
• Work closely with our production team to ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently
• Collaborate with other engineers and designers to optimize our manufacturing processes
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to other engineers and designers
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation of all designs and processes
• Ensure that all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design issues that arise during the manufacturing process
• Continuously improve our manufacturing processes by incorporating new technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in designing progressive die systems for manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial design
• Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry
