Job Title: 3rd Party Supply Planners Duration: untill February.

Hours: 8am to 5pm Address: It will be remote through Sept 2021 and then transition into the office New Haven, MI or Hopkins, MN Dress code: business casual when in office Important: SAP execution -Supply chain experience Job Description: “60% SUPPLY AND INVENTORY PLANNING Manage inventory levels to expected volume and working capital levels in relation to demand of customer orders for multiple products or sites.

Contributes to decisions on when to modify supply planning inputs (ex: data, including forecasts) and/or outputs (ex: distribution plans) to achieve supply chain targets Collaborates with supply chain planning group and forecast system users to resolve any issues impacting supply chain optimization models.

Responsible for maintaining tools/systems and relationships that supports accurate inventory planning Executes cycle stock and safety stock plans for the assigned product or location, utilizing the approved supply plan inputs Manages criticality process and acts as the primary site contact when urgent or critical 25% BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT/METRICS Manages inventory accuracy metrics targets with each site Measure and report on timely processing of inbound and outbound movements from each site Meet all timelines for payment to 3rd party warehouses including appropriate review of charges Analyze actual vs.

targets on key performance indicators (ex: out of position shipments, on time/in full, 3PL warehousing spend, performance to plan) Assists in root cause analysis to identify and correct deviations from targets; develops action plans to close gaps between target and actual measures 10% TECHNOLOGY AND SITE MAINTENANCE Ensure all technology needs are being met for the processing methods chosen for each site Assists with new warehouse set-ups for tasks related to order processing Assist with the management of technology related incidents that impact order processing for assigned sites 5% OTHER SUPPLY CHAIN RELATED TASKS AS ASSIGNED” Required qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation and Logistics, or Supply Chain or minimum 2 years materials/inventory control, transportation, operations or customer service experience ” Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to problem solve with cross functional teams Demonstrated ability to develop in-depth understanding of complex-supply chain and business activities and apply those concepts to day-to-day activities Strong analytical skills and technologically savvy; including ability to understand complex ERP systems, utilize reporting tools, and advanced Microsoft excel skills Uses logic, rational thinking, and data to make effective decisions Builds relationships with other functional groups/business units Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Ability to prioritize and act with a sense of urgency”
