1st shift – Trade In (imac) Elec Dev Trainer

This is a Full-time position in Carlisle, PA posted July 17, 2021.

Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.

It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): * Interpret, develop, revise and implement training sessions and corresponding course material to train and develop front line employees.

* Introduce and promote safe work habits that lead to an injury free work environment * Coordinate logistics and conduct training sessions * Introduce and develop work standards to ensure quality service to our customer * Develop, generate, maintain, and analyze procedure changes, training reports and data to assess and adjust deviations for training as required to achieve objectives * Conduct quality audits to ensure learning is demonstrated in work efforts.

* Introduce and develop efficient work processes to attain productivity standards * Monitor employees’ technical training qualification status and prepare plans to ensure required employees are trained; * Assess and recommend and/or assign work staff to tasks/workstation based upon qualifications and business need; * Assist with monitoring training related costs to ensure costs are within budget guidelines * Conduct training compliance audits and develop and implement recommendations * Advise and consult management regarding employee training and development needs

Job Requirements:
Requirements:Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills Required for Position: * Generally prefer 1 year of related experience.

* Must have demonstrated skills/experience in transfer of skills/knowledge.

* Knowledge of Apple business and procedures is strongly preferred.

* Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
