Meet The Team
The Integration and Test team at Argo is responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles allow for safe, efficient and effective operation by our Fleet Operations team.

The team develops manufacturing test procedures and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality of every vehicle Argo operates.

This includes working with our OEM partners on integration and testing of the Argo software and hardware coupled with the vehicle platform.

In addition, the team develops and executes exhaustive testing focused on vehicle interfaces, vehicle dynamics, environmental qualification, onboard/offboard communications, and fault propagation and mitigation.

We interact on a daily basis with our systems, software, hardware and program management teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meeting customer needs.

The team is expanding to ensure our development and test benches meet the same standard of safe, efficient, and effective use.

Argo bench assets are available across our US and European locations and cover a wide range of uses and customers, from prototype hardware development through full system Hardware-in-the-Loop verification testing.
What You’ll Do
Ensure bench assets across all Argo locations are planned, developed, delivered, and maintained to meet the expanding needs of the company Develop and administer process for planning and approval of bench assets and all necessary upgrades, including budgeting and procurement timeline Work with software, hardware, and operations teams to develop tooling, procedures, and necessary resources to allow effective use, status reporting, troubleshooting, and timely updates to all bench assets Report on the efficiency and effectiveness of bench assets offering insight into tooling improvements, optimization of resources, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field Experience and proven ability to lead, manage, and execute complex, cross functional programs Excellent communication skills with the ability to span a large and varied workforce Experience working with complex systems and architectures
Nice To Haves
Experience in the development and use of bench assets for system development and test Experience working in or partnering with software development teams
