Job Details for Human Resource Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resource Assistant: As the Human Resource Assistant, you will be responsible for HR functions associated with recruitment, hiring and training, and travel management.

  • Serve as a point of contact with employees to address HR related questions or concerns
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding of new employees
  • Complete reference checks and background checks
  • Upload and file personnel information

Job Requirements for Human Resource Assistant:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Prior experience in human resources industry preferred (recruiting, onboarding, hiring, training, travel management, etc)
