Overview:
The Nursing Supervisor provides administrative and clinical supervison to all staff throughout the hospital on his/her assigned shift. The Nursing Supervisor is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments. The Nursing Supervisor promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Hospital and the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care.

Education: |
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. MSN preferred. |
|
|
||||||
Experience: |
Three years clinical experience with a psychiatric mental health population. Previous clinical supervisory role in a psychiatric setting preferred. |

Licensure/certification: Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a Registered Nurse. American Nursing Association Psychiatric Mental Health Certificate preferred. |
