Good Shepherd Pediatrics is the only provider in the region offering pediatric inpatient rehabilitation and specialized programs to treat children with complex medical and congenital conditions.

The physicians and therapists at the Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital Emily Howatt Pliskatt Pediatric Unit provide loving and comprehensive rehabilitation and care to children up to the age of 21.

JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Inpatient Pediatrics nursing programs related to the coordination of all professional and paraprofessional services provided to patients in accordance with its policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Supervises and serves as a role model and consultant to all assigned employees* Organizes and assumes overall responsibility for Inpatient Pediatrics nursing services arranging for required 24 hours/day professional access.
