As a full-time, paid intern, you will be engaged in a variety of projects, and responsible for delivering results, both as an individual and as a member of a team.

This is a great opportunity to jump start your career!COMPONENTS: The internship program begins with orientation and training, which will provide you with all the necessary information and resources to ensure your success over the course of the 12-week program.

After orientation, you will begin to work with your assigned manager and team on various projects throughout your internship; you will receive ongoing feedback, as well as formal performance reviews.

In your final weeks at Change Healthcare, you will participate in a presentation to senior leadership, reviewing the projects in which you have been engaged and the value you have added to the organization.

Every aspect of this internship program is designed to enhance professional development.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Opportunity Identification & Assessment:* Work with a stakeholders to:* Identify and quantify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of end to end process.* Propose innovative viable solution that will address the opportunities identified and are aligned with the multiple stakeholders.* Support development of a Strategy Plan and provide analytics or project management support during ideation to implementation of the initiative.Implementation:* Lead implementation of the process improvements actives/projects to ensure delivery as per timelines, budget and targeted business benefits* Ensure the project follow industry best practices and end-to-end process design and methodologies meeting customer and business needs.* Track implementation related issues and work with various workstream leads to resolve them.

Escalate issues in a timely manner to the leadership for resolution.* Provide regular program status updates to different stake holders ranging from Business Unit General Managers and Senior Leadership Team.What are the requirements needed for this position?* Must be currently enrolled in BS or MS in Industrial Engineering (or similar field) with completion of at least two years of school prior to beginning of internship.* Minimum GPA of 3.0What critical skills are needed for this position?* Skills in process re-engineering methodologies (e.G.

Lean/Six Sigma) and process automation (e.G.

Robotics Process Automation)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Creative thinker with a vision* Self-starter with attention to details* People and Project Management skills essential* Experience in project management* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS project)What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?* Experience working in Agile Software Development methodologies* Highly motivated self-starter, who can work independently with minimum guidance* Excellent business acumen, executive presence, and verbal and written communications skills* Experience in Service, BPO, or healthcare Industry* Experience in Quality Improvement* Experience in data analytics using tools like SAS, SQL to provide strategic insights* Healthcare, Billing and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) experience preferredWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
