Notary Public-Online Notary

Gocertificates.com is looking for an individual for our office in Lewistown, PA who either is or is willing to become a Notary Public and able to obtain or has Remote Online Notary Agent authorization.  The right person must possess a positive attitude and if needed, secure (employer paid) and maintain a Pennsylvania Notary License as well as obtain a remote notary medallion. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Processing and notarizing documents consistent with the notary license for all parties involved in the transaction (primarily remote notarization)
• Exceptional computer skills
• Review document requirements and assure compliance with legal requirements them as needed
• Effectively communicate (via phone, chat, email) with all parties to obtain items required

Experience:

• 0-5 years of experience in these areas is preferred
• Bilingual is a plus!

Pay:  Depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

• Day shift, however, shift changes may be required in the future
• Primarily Monday to Friday, possible on call in the future
