SUMMARY
OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill various openings for a rewarding role as an Entry-Level Customer Service with reputable organizations and businesses we are currently working with located in the Lehigh and Northampton County areas. Play a vital role with this Entry-Level Customer Service Representative position will allow you to communicate with customers via phone, email and chat communications and be able to provide a strong knowledge of the different services that are provided. In this Entry-Level Customer Service Representative role, you will be focused on maintaining a high level of professionalism in each call while keeping a fun and engaging office setting. This Entry-Level Customer Service Representative must also be able to handle high call volume and be able to think and adapt quickly to different customer situations. In addition, this Entry-Level Customer Service Representative must be able to handle calls customers calling in irate or maybe escalated issues. This Entry-Level Customer Service Representative must also be competent in knowing that a strong, positive attitude and reliability will be needed. DUTIES
Provide a second to none customer experience
Answer and screen incoming customer phone calls and emails
Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary
Maintain product and service knowledge for problem resolution and customer inquiry purposes
Communicate with coworkers and customers daily via phone and email
Build and develop strong and lasting customer relationships
Handle contract administration and data entry

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles preferred
Candidates who may have worked in the Retail for Food Service industries are ideal
Candidate must be able to adapt quickly to changing customer service inquiries and be quick thinking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate must be able to adapt working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multi-task
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a reliable and dependable employee!
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s highly preferred in Business-related studies
