Generalist

Vector Marketing Corp., a subsidiary of Cutco Corp., has an opening for a full-time Generalist. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, and alternating weekends, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. When assigned to weekends, the candidate would not be scheduled to work Thursday and Friday.

A candidate would be cross trained to assist multiple areas of the

Vector service organization. The primary focus will be working with our Customer/Field Service, Exchange and Return/Repair, and Catalog departments. This position is also responsible for representing the consumer/field interest with the intent to resolve all issues in a positive manner, attaining our commitment to provide first-class service.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced education and/or college degree preferred. Must be flexible and possess excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strong command of the IBM AS400 computer system is a plus.
