Job Duties:
– Perform document control
– Manage specification documents
– Talk to contractors
– Write and format letters
– Perform technical correspondence and reporting
– Project filling and retrieval
– Help marketing out using Adobe Suite
– Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
– 2+ years of Administrative experience
– Prior experience with project correspondence
– Technical reporting and formatting experience
– Adobe Suite preferred
– Strong verbal/written skills
– Prior filing experience
